The Platform
Is CAET PAL free to use?
Registration is free. Access to the full platform — including study materials, PDFs, previous year papers, and mentor support — is available after creating an account. Check our current offering for the latest access details.
What can I access after registering?
Once registered and verified, you get full access to: structured study PDFs organised by subject/topic, previous year papers, the Ask a Mentor doubt system, and Live Doubt Session notifications.
Can I access CAET PAL on mobile?
Yes. CAET PAL is fully responsive and works on all modern mobile browsers. No app download is needed — simply visit the website on your phone or tablet.
Mentor Support
How does Ask a Mentor work?
After logging in, navigate to Support → Ask a Mentor. Select the subject, topic, and sub-topic your doubt relates to, write your question (and optionally attach an image), and submit. A mentor will respond, and after supervisor review, the answer will be visible to you.
How long does it take to get a response?
We aim to respond to all doubts within 24 hours. Responses go through a supervisor review before being published to ensure accuracy — so there may be a short additional delay, but you can trust the quality of the answer.
What are Live Doubt Sessions?
Live Doubt Sessions are scheduled group video sessions where a mentor addresses common doubts from students in real time. When you raise a doubt for a live session, you'll receive an email with the session details once it's confirmed.
Who are the mentors on CAET PAL?
Our mentors are IIT graduates and subject experts with deep knowledge of the CAET syllabus. Each mentor is verified by our supervisor team before joining the platform.
Account & Access
How do I register?
Click "Register Free" on the top right. Fill in your name, email, mobile number, and set a password. You'll receive a 6-digit OTP on your email to verify your account. Once verified, you have full access.
I didn't receive my OTP. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, click "Resend OTP" on the verification page (you can resend once per minute). If the issue persists, contact us at info@caetmock.in.
Is my personal data safe?
Yes. We follow industry best practices for data security. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text. We do not share your personal information with third parties. All connections to the platform use HTTPS encryption.
